Gladiators,

This week we have  the adult ed graduation and our second Saturday camp. The schedule for the week will be as follows:

Tuesday

01:00 - 05:00 PM                            Music Preparation
05:00 - 06:00 PM                            Dinner (Provided/Building 5)
06:00 - 06:30 PM                            Break/Change
06:30 - 09:00 PM                            Graduation

*Graduation may end earlier or later. Parents will receive a call when we are done.

Friday

09:00 - 12:00 PM                           Field Preparation

*This applies to field lining crew only. Students will receive a message if they are in the field lining crew.

Saturday

12:30 - 01:20 PM                             Lunch/Cafeteria

*During blocks students will receive breaks and time for snacks if needed. Lunch will NOT be provided and students are NOT allowed to leave campus. Students must bring their own lunch or parents may drop off their lunch. If students desire to have their lunch delivered than they must schedule it to arrive at 12:30 PM or they will not have time to eat lunch.

Attire for graduation will be concert dresses for females and tuxedoes for males. If you are a female freshman and do not own the concert dress then you may come in a long all black dress or in black pants and black shirt. During the day you may be dressed in casual clothes.

Friendly reminder that the second payment is due this Saturday. If you are following the multiple payments plan then the amount due is $150. If you have any questions regarding fees please get in contact with your GBPA President or President - Elect, Erlinda Sardinas/Kim Vogel.

If you wish to donate snacks, Gatorade, water, etc please bring donations on Saturday morning so that the parent volunteers may set-up "snack carts." 

Be ready to review/learn drill, put music on the move, and please remember to bring in flip folders and lyers.
