The Weekly Blast 26 July 2021

Hello everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. This upcoming week we will have our mini-camp the schedule is as follows (keep in mind that breaks will be provided to the students throughout):

9:00 - 12:00 (1st Block)
12:00 - 1:00 (Lunch Break)
1:00 - 3:15 (2nd Block)
3:15 - 3:30 (Pack-up/Dismissal)

A friendly reminder that next week rehearsal days are Monday, Wednesday, AND Friday. I would like to reiterate that rehearsals are MANDATORY. Absentee request forms MUST be filled out. The ONLY excused absences are for EMERGENCIES. Doctor check-ups must be done at other times not conflicting with rehearsals. I understand that sometimes we may have rehearsals conflicting with birthdays however, birthday parties can be scheduled for the weekend. If you have any further questions regarding absentee request forms we can discuss them during the parent meeting.

On the topic of parent meetings we have our next one on Monday 26 July 2021 @ 7:00 PM in the band room important information will go out it is highly recommended that you attend. We will speak upon band camp, volunteers, fees, and our first fundraiser.
