The Weekly Blast 12 July, 2021

Welcome to the first weekly blast!

     Here you will find all the information regarding each upcoming  week. It will be published here so that you may prepare accordingly. For  rehearsals this week,  students are to wear a white plain shirt, black athletic shorts, sunblock, and a plain hat. They are to bring their own water, boxed lunches and snacks. The rehearsals will be divided into 2 big blocks and 1 small block.

9:00-10:30 (1st Block)
10:30-11:00 (Snack Break)
11:00-12:00 (Small Block)
12:00-1:00 (Lunch)
1:00-3:15 (2nd Block)
3:15-3:30 (Dismissal)

     This Thursday July 15, 2021  there will be a wind orchestra camp (9:00 am - 8:00 pm) in regards to the Night School Graduation Ceremony.  Students will be fed pizza provided by the school (snacks and extra food is highly encouraged).  More details about this will be provided shortly. 

     Monday July 26, 2021 will be another general parent meeting at 7:00 pm in the band room. These meetings are very important and are highly encouraged.

     The first fair share is due Monday July 12, 2021. If you opted for the 4 installment plan the amount owed for the 1st fair share is $175; if you opted for the early bird plan it is $450. We only accept cashapp, checks, and cash. If you have any questions regarding finances do not hesitate to contact the booster board at [email protected].

     Lastly, this goes without saying but all rehearsals are mandatory. If there was an emergency you must fill out an absentee request form. I am looking forward to seeing you soon!
