Hello and welcome back Gladiators,
I hope you all enjoyed your well deserved time off! The weekly blast is a form of communication that issues out friendly reminders and schedules for the week. This week we will have our first camp of the summer! It will be from Monday 27 June - Thursday 30 June. The schedule for the week will be as follows: Monday - Thursday 8:20 - 8:55 AM Building opens/DCI videos 9:00 - 12:30 AM Block #1 12:30 - 1:20 PM Lunch/Cafeteria 1:30 - 5:00 PM Block #2 5:00 - 5:15 PM Pack-up/Announcements/Dismissal 5:15 PM Parent Pick-up *During blocks students will receive breaks and time for snacks if needed. Lunch will NOT be provided and students are NOT allowed to leave campus. Students must bring their own lunch or parents may drop off their lunch. If students desire to have their lunch delivered then they must schedule it to arrive at 12:30 PM or they will not have time to eat lunch. Friendly reminder that the first payment is due on Wednesday 29 June. If you are following the multiple payments plan then the amount due is $200. If you are following the early bird payment plan then the amount due is $600. Please be advised that the early bird payment plan is only open for that week. If you have any questions regarding fees please get in contact with your GBPA President or President - Elect, Erlinda Sardinas/Kim Vogel. That same day on Wednesday we will also be having our first spirit night fundraiser at the Chick-fila-a located on 49th street from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Our next GBPA General meeting will be hosted on July 9th. That day we will be voting for the remaining spots on the GBPA board. The remaining spots are: Fundraising chair and treasurer. If you are interested in filling these spots please get in contact with any member of the current GBPA board. Their information is on the GBPA board tab located on the top of this web page. If you wish to donate snacks, Gatorade, water, etc please bring donations in the morning so that the parent volunteers may set-up "snack carts." We will also be building props this week. If you wish to volunteer again please contact any member of the GBPA board. Lastly, this upcoming rehearsal week we will be finalizing numbers for the marching band and we will be setting up the school class schedule for the members. That being said, it is imperative that you attend and stay in constant communication with your student leadership staff. Have a blessed day see you on Monday!
